Most people enrolled in the DV2018 Lottery Immigration Program are open for world-wide. There are two requirements that must be filled before you can enter the DV2018 lottery:
1. Write Dv Laureum You must be born in a qualifying country

Keep in mind that the UK includes the following dependent areas: Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Pitcairn St. Helena, and Turks and Caicos Islands. Note that the birth of Northern Ireland is eligible for the DVL lottery entry.
The person born in Gaza this year is deposed from the Egyptian Lottery for Egypt.
Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and also the name of the person born in Taiwan is also eligible for the DV2018 entry.
You can register for this year's DV lottery, DV2018 lottery for natives from all other countries. You can still qualify if you were born in a non qualifying country
If your wife or your dad was born in a qualifying country, you might still be able to participate in the lottery based on your wife or your birthdate of a father on your father:
For example, if you are a country in which the DV lottery has been disqualified for entering the natives, but your wife is a country in which the DVV is eligible for a lottery to enter the natives, you can claim your country of birth as your country's eligibility. That means that both you and your wife have the selected divitrable application, provided that your esteemed spouse is born, but you will not be issued a green card if not a DV lottery
Your spouse is more eligible and green card is a DV lottery, and you both have to enter the United States together with the DV lottery green card.
Example: You can claim your birth partner's country (Italy) Qualifying as your country, as long as you are born in Canada, whose natives are not eligible for the DVV, but your wife, Italy, whose DVV is eligible for entry to the natives, is born. Include your spouse in your DV lottery application.
Similarly, a minor dependent child can be "brought to complain" in the country of a parent.
Finally, if you are a country that this year's DV lottery program (DV2015), you can do that country that your father was a resident as mother or father was born not eligible to participate in birth birth during your birth country of birth . For example, your parents are in a disqualified country that you've lived because of their job-birth. In general, people are not considered a country where they are born or legally traded if they are only visiting the country, studying in the country or on behalf of a company located in the country due to business or professional reasons or government.
If you claim the option charge, you must complete this type of information that you have to complete, under the qualification category of the DV lottery entry form that you have successfully registered in. Please be aware that your DV lottery entry may be incompatible with a list of incorrect qualifications or charges (i.e. one that you can not establish a valid claim).
2. Qualification for the DV2018 lottery that is experienced in education or work experience

You prove that you should satisfy this requirement when entering the DV2018 lottery, but should not submit proof that your above requirements are not satisfied by the Consular Officer, your name will be selected after you will be interviewed and you officially apply for your permanent residence (Green Card ) Visas. If you do not meet the above requirements, then you should not enter the DV2018 lottery. Note that you only have to provide education or work experience and birth proof of the country you are choosing. For the same reason we do not need this information in the application form for the DV2018 lottery that will take you the necessary steps after successful registration.
