The death of three children drowning in Jhenaidah's Courtchadpur upazila

Three children drowning in Jhenidah's Kotchandpur area have been tragic deaths. They are Ria Khatun (10), her younger sister Nirob Khatun Rima (8) and her cousin Murad (13).
The tragedy took place at Mathpara village of Mamunashia under Sadar upazila between 10 and 11 on Monday.
Riya and Rima are the daughters of Joynal Abedin of Mamunasia village and Murad is the son of his brother Noni Mia.
Kotkandpur Circle ASP Ali Azam Khan and OC Ahmed Kabir Hossain visited the spot.
Kotchandpur Police Station OC Ahmed Kabir told journalists that before going to school in the morning, three brothers and sisters were invited to take bath in the pond next to the house. They were playing with a banana made of pond in the pond. They were drowned in the water while playing the game.
Meanwhile, the families started looking for their families to delay their return. The body was recovered from one-stage Pukur. The doctors said that they had died before they were brought to Kotchandpur Upazila Health Complex.
Rahim Master of Mamunia village told the journalist that the deceased three children were the fourth and third grade students of Mamunasiya Government Primary School.
Three brothers went to the pond to take a bath to go to school. In their grave death, the shadow of mourning has fallen among villagers, including the classmates.
